Taranjit Singh LL.B (Hons), University of London, MIArb (Malaysia)
Mr.Taran with his dynamic capabilities allows him to fix complex problems faced by many small and medium corporations and given the market conditions, such complexities faced by corporations today are surely to mutate to new challenges tomorrow.

Having graduated with LL.B (Honours) in 2002 and has since been practising law and advisor for many industry players in Malaysia and overseas for 18 years whereby his experience revolves around handling matters from civil litigation, land matters, conveyancing and industrial relations Court, insolvency, ad-hoc arbitration and matters relating to construction law safety and health related matters.
His corporate and legal experience combined allowed him to think out of the box and he had strategized in arranging a syndicated loan up to RM500 million funding arrangement for a reputable developer.
Having vast experience in insolvency practice, Mr.Taran has either successfully restructured and turnaround or had gently put companies to sleep from numerous industries ranging from Engineering, Telecommunication, Airlines, Manufacturing, chain of Super Markets.
But that’s just one part of his portfolio, the other part is his dynamicity in resolving one of Malaysia’s oldest problems, its abandoned housing projects. Mr.Taran has had the pleasure of witnessing purchasers receiving their keys to their houses with vacant possession which had been left abandoned for more than 20 years. Mr.Taran has a total of 6 abandoned projects successfully revived to date, but success was never easy.
To add to his expertise, he has vast experience in advising construction companies on safety and health compliance practices in Malaysia pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and has been invited by numerous international bodies overseas to assist in elevating their safety and health standard of compliance.
